Natural Stone Disclaimer
Due to the nature of natural stone, variations in appearance, colour, texture, grain, shape, size and markings are to be expected. No two pieces will be identical — this natural variation is what gives stone its unique beauty and character.
It is recommended to blend stone from multiple crates prior to installation to achieve the most natural and balanced appearance.
Minor chipping, edge irregularities and natural markings are considered normal characteristics of natural stone products.
Products should be inspected prior to installation. Claims will not be accepted once products have been installed.
We strongly recommend sealing all natural stone products after installation.
Stone Cladding Material Characteristics
Natural stone panel cladding is produced from quarried stone that is cut and assembled into modular panels designed for vertical wall applications. The stacked stone pieces and split face surfaces create depth and shadow lines that enhance the natural appearance of feature walls.
Stone panel systems replicate the appearance of traditional dry-stacked stone while simplifying the installation process. The modular format allows installers to achieve a consistent stacked stone pattern with faster installation compared to loose stone cladding.
Natural stone panels are widely used in both residential and commercial projects due to their durability, natural texture and ability to complement a wide range of architectural styles.

- Flat-rate shipping of $15 Australia-wide.
- Sample sizes are approximately 200 × 100 mm.
- Samples are typically dispatched within 1–4 business days.
- Because natural stone varies from piece to piece, samples are intended as a guide only. Variation in colour, texture, veining and finish is part of the natural character of the product.
Delivery Information
- Delivery available Monday – Friday.
- Most local deliveries can be scheduled from 48 business hours onward. Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast deliveries can typically be scheduled from 72 business hours onward, subject to stock availability and delivery scheduling.
- Customers may request a preferred delivery day; however exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed. We will communicate an estimated delivery window on the day of delivery.
- Regional or interstate deliveries may require longer delivery timeframes depending on location and freight carrier availability.
- Goods are delivered to kerbside or the nearest safe access point using forklift, tail-lift truck or pallet jack depending on delivery method.
- If freight does not automatically calculate at checkout, we will provide a freight quote prior to dispatch.
- Free pickup is available from our Acacia Ridge warehouse from 24 hours after order approval. Pickup hours are Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm.
