Due to the nature of natural stone, variations in colour, tone, texture, grain, shape, size and markings are to be expected. No two pieces will be identical, and this natural variation is part of the stone’s unique beauty and character.
It is recommended to blend stone from multiple crates prior to installation to achieve a balanced and natural overall appearance.
Minor chipping, edge irregularities and natural markings are considered normal characteristics of natural stone.
Products should be inspected prior to installation. Claims will not be accepted once products have been installed.
We strongly recommend sealing all natural stone products after installation.
Crazypave Material Characteristics
Crazypave is a natural stone product supplied in irregular shapes and sizes, designed to create a relaxed and organic paving layout. Each piece varies in form, allowing for a unique and free-flowing installation.
Minor breakages and irregular edges are inherent to Crazypave and are not considered defects, as pieces can be used and shaped within the installation layout.
Please allow approximately 25% additional material when ordering to accommodate close grout spacing, cutting and potential breakages during installation.
Variation in colour, tone and surface texture between pieces is a natural characteristic and contributes to the overall aesthetic of the finished area.

- Samples are available for this product so you can review the colour, texture and finish before placing a full order.

- Flat-rate shipping of $15 Australia-wide.
- Sample sizes are approximately 200 × 100 mm.
- Samples are typically dispatched within 1–4 business days.
- Because natural stone varies from piece to piece, samples are intended as a guide only. Variation in colour, texture, veining and finish is part of the natural character of the product.
Delivery Information
- Delivery available Monday – Friday.
- Most local deliveries can be scheduled from 48 business hours onward. Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast deliveries can typically be scheduled from 72 business hours onward, subject to stock availability and delivery scheduling.
- Customers may request a preferred delivery day; however exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed. We will communicate an estimated delivery window on the day of delivery.
- Regional or interstate deliveries may require longer delivery timeframes depending on location and freight carrier availability.
- Goods are delivered to kerbside or the nearest safe access point using forklift, tail-lift truck or pallet jack depending on delivery method.
- If freight does not automatically calculate at checkout, we will provide a freight quote prior to dispatch.
- Free pickup is available from our Acacia Ridge warehouse from 24 hours after order approval. Pickup hours are Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm.
