Black Limestone Tumbled Pavers provide a rich and natural paving solution featuring deep charcoal to black tones with subtle variation throughout the stone. The tumbling process softens the edges and surface, creating an aged appearance that brings warmth and character to outdoor spaces.

Cut from limestone deposits formed over millions of years, these pavers are then tumbled to produce a relaxed, informal finish with excellent slip resistance underfoot. The natural texture enhances grip while maintaining a refined and timeless stone appearance.

Limestone offers a comfortable surface for outdoor living areas, as it does not retain heat to the same degree as many darker paving materials. This makes Black Limestone Tumbled Pavers well suited to barefoot environments such as pool surrounds and entertaining areas.

These pavers are ideal for patios, courtyards, pathways, stepping layouts and outdoor entertaining areas where a durable and naturally aged stone finish is desired.

For residential buildings, the Australian Building Code and Australian Standards mandate slip rated flooring for stair nosings, stair landings and ramps. Black Limestone Tumbled Pavers have been independently slip tested (wet pendulum method) and have been classified P5 (55), the highest slip resistance classification.

Natural Stone Disclaimer

Due to the nature of natural stone, variations in appearance, colour, texture, grain, shape, size and markings are to be expected. No two pavers or tiles will be identical — this natural variation is what gives stone its unique beauty and character.

It is recommended to blend tiles or pavers from multiple crates prior to installation to ensure a balanced and consistent overall appearance.

Products have an acceptable size tolerance of up to ±2.5mm. For best results, pavers should be arranged by thickness and installed with an appropriate grout joint.

Minor chipping and natural markings are considered acceptable characteristics of natural stone. It is the responsibility of the installer or purchaser to inspect all tiles or pavers prior to laying. Claims will not be accepted once products have been installed.

Excessive chipping, structural cracks, or significant size variation may be eligible for assessment and claim.

We strongly recommend sealing all pavers and tiles after installation.

Limestone Material Characteristics

Limestone is a natural sedimentary stone formed from compacted marine minerals and organic material over millions of years. This natural formation process creates subtle variation in colour, texture and pattern, giving limestone its distinctive character and timeless appearance.

Small surface pits, fossil markings and tonal variation are natural characteristics of limestone and should be expected. These features contribute to the authenticity and beauty of natural stone installations.

Limestone is a dense and durable material suitable for outdoor paving applications including patios, pathways and pool surrounds. When properly installed and sealed, limestone offers excellent longevity and performance in outdoor environments.
