Due to the nature of natural stone, variations in appearance, colour, texture, grain, shape, size and markings are to be expected. No two pieces will be identical — this natural variation is what gives stone its unique beauty and character.
It is recommended to blend stone from multiple crates prior to installation to achieve the most natural and balanced appearance.
Minor chipping, edge irregularities and natural markings are considered normal characteristics of natural stone products.
Products should be inspected prior to installation. Claims will not be accepted once products have been installed.
We strongly recommend sealing all natural stone products after installation.

Limestone is a natural sedimentary stone known for its soft texture and subtle colour variation. It offers a comfortable surface underfoot and does not retain heat to the same extent as darker materials, making it ideal for outdoor areas.
Sandblasted and tumbled limestone is processed to create a lightly textured surface and softened edges. This finish improves slip resistance while giving the stone a more relaxed and naturally aged appearance.

Delivery Information
- Delivery available Monday – Friday.
- Most local deliveries can be scheduled from 48 business hours onward. Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast deliveries can typically be scheduled from 72 business hours onward, subject to stock availability and delivery scheduling.
- Customers may request a preferred delivery day; however exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed. We will communicate an estimated delivery window on the day of delivery.
- Regional or interstate deliveries may require longer delivery timeframes depending on location and freight carrier availability.
- Goods are delivered to kerbside or the nearest safe access point using forklift, tail-lift truck or pallet jack depending on delivery method.
- If freight does not automatically calculate at checkout, we will provide a freight quote prior to dispatch.
- Free pickup is available from our Acacia Ridge warehouse from 24 hours after order approval. Pickup hours are Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm.
