Porcelain Material Characteristics & Disclaimer
Porcelain products are manufactured materials and may exhibit minor variations in colour, shade, pattern, texture and surface finish between batches. Variation between tiles is an inherent feature of porcelain and contributes to the natural appearance of the product.
Manufacturing tolerances apply to porcelain products. Product sizing may vary slightly between batches and a tolerance of up to ±2mm can occur. Shade variation between production batches may also occur, therefore it is recommended that sufficient quantities are ordered at the time of purchase.
Prior to installation, all tiles should be inspected to ensure suitability, consistency of shade, finish and size. Dry laying tiles before installation is recommended to achieve the desired blend and overall appearance.
Porcelain products should be installed in accordance with Australian Standards and industry recommended installation methods. Appropriate substrate preparation, drainage, adhesive coverage and expansion joints are essential for a successful installation.
Slip resistance ratings are provided as a guide only and may vary depending on environmental conditions, contaminants, footwear and maintenance practices.
Once the product has been installed, no claims relating to visible defects, colour variation, sizing or surface appearance will be accepted. Sealing may be recommended depending on the application and grout system used.

Delivery Information
- Delivery available Monday – Friday.
- Most local deliveries can be scheduled from 48 business hours onward. Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast deliveries can typically be scheduled from 72 business hours onward, subject to stock availability and delivery scheduling.
- Customers may request a preferred delivery day; however exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed. We will communicate an estimated delivery window on the day of delivery.
- Regional or interstate deliveries may require longer delivery timeframes depending on location and freight carrier availability.
- Goods are delivered to kerbside or the nearest safe access point using forklift, tail-lift truck or pallet jack depending on delivery method.
- If freight does not automatically calculate at checkout, we will provide a freight quote prior to dispatch.
- Free pickup is available from our Acacia Ridge warehouse from 24 hours after order approval. Pickup hours are Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm.
